Presented before you in the photographs are the interiors of two apartments that were sold after renovation in 2024. Both residences have since been occupied by families who now live adjacent to Oleg, always warmly greeting him with gratitude when they cross paths on the streets.

Apartments with designs by Oleg Torbosov are indeed flying off the shelves like hotcakes. Even if they are not yet fully completed: perhaps some finishing touches or plumbing installations are still underway – it matters little. Buyers eagerly place deposits and await the completion of renovations to swiftly move into their new homes.

Furthermore, deposits have already been made for at least two apartments – not depicted in the photos – despite both still undergoing renovation.
