Company history:
Founded by Oleg Torbosov in Moscow on June 30, 2016, Whitewill embarked with ambitious aspirations: to conquer the local real estate market and ascend to the zenith globally.
2016:
• Launch of an educational course tailored for brokers covering modules on the history of Moscow, architectural and interior design history, contemporary real estate, among others. Only graduates from the Academy demonstrating exceptional proficiency are eligible for employment.
• Organization of bespoke excursions around Moscow for investors.
• Post-purchase, all Whitewill clients receive tastefully curated cases for documents and keys, alongside personalized gifts.
2017:
• Establishment of departments dedicated to the sale of mansions, commercial properties, apartments within Moscow City, and suburban real estate. Additionally, a rental department was initiated.
• Launch of the printed magazine Moscow City Guide spotlighting real estate and lifestyle within Moscow City.
2018:
• Accolades from the International Property Awards in the category of «Best Real Estate Agency from Russia.»
• Monthly transaction volumes surpassed 1.5 billion rubles for the first time.
2019:
• Acquisition of top positions in the sales rankings for the year from developers such as Sminex and Etalon.
