Stella Maris – a refined tower without extravagance

Before you are the new photographs of the Stella Maris tower, taken by Oleg Torbosov during a recent stroll through Dubai Marina. Even in the project stage, it was evident that there wouldn't be any 'wow' factor after the construction finale. That the residence wouldn't stand out amidst the neighboring skyscrapers. And indeed, that turned out to be the case.

Nevertheless, for residents, a robust array of club amenities has been prepared: a high-ceilinged lobby, a podium-level pool, a waterfront fitness center. Only 8 ready-to-move-in apartments have been sold since the beginning of the year. Nearby in Vida Marina, there were even more – 27.

Current prices:

• 1-bedroom – from $700,000;

• 2-bedroom – from $1,000,000;

• 3-bedroom – from $1,600,000.

But the most intriguing offerings are the two-story waterfront townhouses with terraces spanning 400 m² each. Currently, such options are being sold for $4,000,000.

Stella Maris Tower is situated on Marina Walk Street, in the southern part of the district. Here, there's a noticeable lack of upscale retail and fresh concepts: surrounded by budget markets and Arabic cafes. Closer to Tower 52/42, life seems to come to a standstill. However, the Marina Walk has not yet been extended to Bluewaters. Tourists seldom venture here. Hence, those who disdain the hustle of the metropolis find themselves particularly comfortable in this area.
