Triumphant entry into Abu Dhabi: Securing 2nd place in sales with Aldar Developer

The premier developer in Abu Dhabi, Aldar, has announced the sales results of their new developments for the year 2023. Our team proudly clinched the solid 2nd position, but our heroes did not just receive a trophy. Unlike their Russian counterparts, UAE developers present substantial checks to the top agencies for achieving high sales results. For securing the 2nd place, we were awarded 500,000 AED or 12.5 million ₽. And that is always a delightful recognition.

Just a reminder, we opened our office in the capital of the UAE only in the autumn of 2023. In the photograph, you see Oleg Torbosov and Dubai brokers who sold properties in Aldar's new developments and sometimes lived in two cities. They juggled between Dubai and Abu Dhabi and still managed to snatch the 2nd place in sales from the premier developer in the UAE capital. Simply fantastic.
