The second apartment of Oleg Torbosov in the Royal Atlantis has been successfully renovated. The 2-bedroom residence spanning 178 m² features windows overlooking the endless sea, offering a delightful view of the sun sinking into the water every evening from the open terrace. The luxurious views are exactly as you imagine. But let's take a closer look at the interior of the apartment – there's a lot of interesting details.

Aesthetic design code

The fluid chandelier resembling frozen waves was crafted in the Zaha Hadid studio. The chairs are from the Poltrona Frau brand. The dining table made of Italian marble was produced in a factory in the Emirates based on the designer's sketches. The same goes for the sofa, which was tailored to fit the dimensions of the living room. All walls are adorned with Italian fabric wallpapers. At the living room bar, you'll be greeted by the Tud Toy duck in collaboration with Mike Tyson.

Take a look at the master bedroom, which seems to have stepped out of the pages of Architectural Digest or Elle Decoration. This effect is achieved through noble fabrics imported from England and then crafted into a one-of-a-kind bed, bench, and chair at a production facility in the Emirates.

Price:

$6,100,000
