Once we find a buyer with a favorable offer, we'll commence deal preparations. Your client won't need to worry about document packages, contract drafting, or submissions to the Land Department. We take care of all the paperwork. We'll draft the contract, handle the payment, and register it ourselves. And we won't charge your client a cent for our services.
