Mr. C Residences – Undulating house along the Dubai Canal

We're excited to share a collection of fresh photos from Oleg Torbosov, who decided to interrupt his journey homeward to capture images of the completed Mr. C Residences project along the Dubai Canal promenade. Its wavy facades draw attention and compel passersby to pause for a moment or two.

This 7-story residence comprises only 27 apartments, and among them, you won't find any small layouts. Units with 3 bedrooms start from 260 m², while those with 4 bedrooms begin from 350 m². Additionally, luxurious penthouses with 5 bedrooms and rooftop terraces spanning 900 m² are available. There are no studios or 1-bedroom units here, ensuring complete privacy.

Each apartment features a cozy swimming pool with a transparent basin: one side overlooks the water canal, while the other faces Downtown. The developer sold the apartments fully furnished, which is quite rare for Dubai.

The project commenced in January 2022, and the developer is currently completing the common areas and handing over the apartments. There haven't been any resale transactions yet. Prices at launch started from $4,500,000.

Now, let's delve into who Mr. C is and how the name came about. As it turns out, the building was constructed by relatives of the renowned Italian restaurateur, Giuseppe Cipriani. In 1931, he opened Harry’s Bar, where the Bellini cocktail, made from sparkling wine and peach purée, was invented. And at the corner of Mr. C Residences, you can visit Bellini Cafe and order that classic cocktail.
