New sales record for April: Whitewill's highlights

Traditionally, April and December see the highest number of transactions closed throughout the year. These are the most profitable months, resonating with the constant clang of the gong in our offices worldwide, wherever Whitewill is present. And 2024 was no exception.

Setting a new record

In April alone, we closed 225 deals totaling 21,1 billion rubles or $230 million. This excludes the rental department, which contributed an additional 25 million rubles to our collective success. The average deal amounted to 93 million rubles. Once again, we have surpassed our previous monthly sales record. Now, we are gearing up for a trip to warm destinations, courtesy of the company.

Contribution by offices:

• 55% – Moscow;

• 35% – Dubai;

• 10% – Miami, London, and Abu Dhabi.

Major deals:

• 1,4 billion rubles – for 62 apartments in Severnij Port;

• 430 million rubles – for a penthouse in Tishinskiy Boulevard: two such units sold;

• 620 million rubles – for a mansion on Pyatnitskaya;

• 285 million rubles – for a house in Renaissance Park;

• 218 million rubles – for 3 retail units in the Eiler Business Center;

• 841 million rubles – for an apartment in Como Residences in Dubai;

• 411 million rubles – for an apartment in Mamsha Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi;

• 159 million rubles – for an apartment in The Arc in London;

• 233 million rubles – for an apartment in Sunny Isles Beach.
