NORD Developments is a young development company managed by the Chinese holding company Goldfield Holding. The developer focuses on creating signature residential projects with an emphasis on design and sustainability. Its debut project in the UAE is the Henge Residences complex on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, developed in collaboration with the Italian design house HENGE.
