ORA Developers is an international real estate development company founded in 2016 by Egyptian businessman Naguib Sawiris. Since its inception, the developer has concentrated on the implementation of high-end residential and commercial properties. The geographical reach of ORA Developers' projects spans countries such as Egypt, Cyprus, Greece, Grenada, and Pakistan. The company is also actively expanding into the Gulf States. As of 2025, the main focus is the launch of the large-scale residential complex Bayn in Abu Dhabi, which will feature the construction of modern villas and townhouses.
