Damac Nine Elms is a tower in London that was completed at the end of 2022. As you may have guessed, the developer is a familiar Middle Eastern company with a Dubai passport – Damac.

While the building was actively under construction, our London brokers conducted project showings and took clients on tours to the developer's office in Nine Elms. However, over the course of a year, we didn't sell a single unit. Despite confidently ranking in the top 10 among all agencies in Dubai.

So, what was the issue? Clients felt that the prices were inflated for this location – the Thames waterfront in the Nine Elms area. Buyers were also hesitant about the collaboration with the fashion house Versace from the developer, who hadn't completed any projects in London or England before.

After the completion of construction, the developer reconsidered the prices of the apartments – and deals started flowing. The cost of one-bedroom apartments started from £680,000. Over the past six months, we have sold 5 apartments here. Among the buyers are Arabs, Indians, Chinese, Egyptians, and Turks, which is quite predictable.

From the club amenities, it's worth mentioning the signature gold-plated swimming pool with palm trees and Versace furniture on the 25th floor. You'll also enjoy the private cinema and children's room with vibrant mosaics. And for quiet relaxation, there's a small green park on the rooftop.

From the top floors, you'll enjoy breathtaking picturesque views of central London, the Thames, and the main landmarks, including Big Ben and the London Eye.
