10-Year Golden Visa
For foreigners 21+ and retirees
Requires an investment of $1,300,000 in one of the following:
• Property purchase of at least $1,300,000
• Public or private company shares worth $1,300,000+
• Establishing a company that employs at least 50 Omani nationals
• Investing $1,300,000+ in a limited liability company, private joint-stock company, or Omani government bonds
