Street art in the City Walk district

Here we present a photograph of Oleg Torbosov during his stroll through the vibrant and dynamic City Walk district, home to one of Dubai’s most sought-after developments – Central Park. Apartments here are snapped up within a day, or even just hours after launch.

In its temperament, the area strongly resembles Bluewaters, albeit with the sea being a mere five-minute drive away. The same developer, Meraas, is behind both projects, offering similar mid-rise club houses, comparable layouts, and distinctive finishes. Notably, the organization of retail spaces bears a striking resemblance to Bluewaters, particularly in their vibrant facades.

Walking through City Walk is a delight, with stylish and charismatic graffiti adorning large walls here and there. It feels like wandering through an open-air street art museum, a signature touch of the developer Meraas.
