Let’s explore which areas are most advantageous for purchasing an apartment for future rental or resale.

Coastal areas

The top locations are situated along the shores of the Persian Gulf. Prices for towers by the sea increase rapidly due to the immense tourist demand. Even during crises, seaside projects remain resilient. Here are the hottest districts and links to new projects within them:

Business districts

Following closely are the business districts of Downtown and Business Bay. While they are located 15 minutes away from the beaches, they boast Dubai’s main attractions – Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, Dubai Mall, the famous Dancing Fountains, and miles of promenades along the Dubai Canal.
