Whitewill at SPIEF: our presentation on Oman

Svetlana Politova, head of Whitewill’s office in Abu Dhabi, presented on Oman and its investment potential at events within the framework of SPIEF, held in Moscow and St. Petersburg on June 10 and 11. She was invited by representatives of Oman’s Ministry of Heritage and Tourism and the state developer SDIC.

Oman is actively developing economic relations with Russia. Over the past year, there has been a significant increase in real estate investments in the capital, Muscat, and tropical Salalah from Russian investors. And this is just the beginning.

What makes Oman interesting:

1. Prices for seaside apartments are much lower than in the UAE.

2. Investments in Oman are always investments in the first coastal line.

3. Oman is a vast country with over 3000 km of coastline, 90% of which remains undeveloped.

4. There are no skyscrapers in Oman: the focus is on mid-rise buildings. Oman is a country for living, not for records.

Svetlana also provided detailed information about one of Oman’s flagship projects – The Sustainable City Yiti, where we are actively selling apartments and villas.

Following Svetlana's presentation, we received several dozen inquiries from Moscow and St. Petersburg entrepreneurs. Some have already purchased family apartments for winter vacations, while another investor acquired several lots for flipping and resale.
