The capital of the Emirates confidently strides in the footsteps of its stellar neighbor, Dubai, and can offer alternative projects with a beach lifestyle. We continue our excursion into the geography of the UAE's main cities. And now we'll tell you why everyone wants to live on Yas Island.

A dream realized

Yas Island, spanning 2,500 hectares, was artificially constructed in 2009 according to the project of Abu Dhabi's primary developer, Aldar Properties. The $36 billion project lasted for 2 years. Since then, the island has been actively developed with residential complexes, entertainment centers, and retail spaces.

Thirst for speed

All motorsport enthusiasts have long known that the island hosts Formula 1 races and other tournaments. The most notable races take place at the Yas Marina Circuit, nestled along the canal with luxurious views. At the heart of the island lies Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, an amusement park with VR platforms, impressive roller coasters, and legendary racing cars.

Golfing territory

But it's not just about racing; golf aficionados also call Yas Island home. It's convenient when you have a choice of 2 golf clubs: Golf & Country in the north or Yas Links in the south. Moreover, the latter golf club is designed as an addition to the residential complex Yas Golf Collection.
