the project presentation
A duo of two residential buildings is designed on Hayat Island—a cozy island in the heart of the Mina Al Arab district, where nature and comfort coexist in a harmonious union. There is no bustle of the big city, only the silence of palm alleys, the fragrance of the sea air and endless views of the azure waters of the Persian Gulf. Thanks to the developed transport infrastructure, it is easy to get from the island to the mainland of the city.
The project offers cozy studios and apartments with 1-2 bedrooms.
On a hot day, plunge into a refreshing swimming pool and relax on a sun lounger under the shade of palm trees in the cool air. Maintain a healthy lifestyle in an equipped gym or on outdoor sports grounds. For cozy evenings with loved ones, there is a barbecue area where you can organize a dinner in the fresh air. Bright and modern playgrounds will become a favorite place for kids.
The architecture of the complex is designed in an elegant minimalist style with smooth, streamlined lines. Chocolate-colored panels provide a contrast.
The interiors are decorated in pure white. The kitchens are equipped with built-in appliances, the bathrooms are equipped with plumbing. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes for all your favorite things.
The complex Bayviews located at Dubai, PRFV+57.
