The architectural appearance of the project was created by the Italian architect Antonio Citterio, known for his work on the Bulgari hotels in Bali, Barvikha Hotel & SPA and Bulgari Milan. The marine motif in the design of Bulgari Residences stands out with the use of Italian marble and balconies reminiscent of the deck of a yacht.
The interiors are made of natural stone. Finishing in a caramel shade with sand decor. Each element – from marble bathtubs to sculptural hand-made door handles – is designed in the same style.
