Architects Skidmore Owings and Merrill are the authors of the famous Burj Khalifa. This time, the professionals managed to create the tallest building with a turn – the glass tower rises 73 floors, spiraling 90 degrees.
The apartments were decorated in bright colors. The walls are painted in white and light milky colors, and light beige tiles are laid on the floor. The kitchen areas are highlighted with contrasting dark tiles, and built-in appliances are installed.
From Cayan Tower, you can drive to The Walk JBR in about 10 minutes, The Palm Jumeirah Island in 12 minutes, Burj Al Arab in 18 minutes and Dubai Mall, the largest shopping center, in 21 minutes. Dubai International Airport is about a 30–minute drive away, and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is 35 minutes away by car.
