Architecture

Nothing superfluous in the design

The exterior of the residential project is decorated with beige and white tiles, and organically combines with the green area of the district. Protruding balcony niches and rack railings add texture to buildings.

Interiors

Elegance and comfort

The residences are decorated in soothing tones – the floors are lined with light gray large-format slabs, the ceilings and walls are painted in milky tones. The kitchens have an apron and countertops with a white marble texture, as well as a beige set. The bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and a dressing table with a light wood texture.
