Hillside Residences is located in the Jebel Ali area, close to the Energy Metro Station and the strategic Sheikh Zayed Road motorway. The Lulu Hypermarket and IKEA store are open next to the project, where you can buy groceries and household goods. After shopping, you can relax at the Festival Plaza cinema or drink delicious coffee at the Dunkin chain cafe.

Mini-city

The community has 14 residential buildings of variable storeys and one building with social infrastructure. The bright, minimalist facades are decorated with lattices and inserts with a caramel-colored wood texture. The correct shapes and clear lines of the houses create a concise architectural ensemble.

All the residences are decorated in bright colors. White paint is applied to the walls, granite is laid on the floor. The rooms have laminated wooden doors. A video intercom is provided for your comfort.
