The SILENA complex is located on the coast of the artificial islands of Dubai Islands—a community with the atmosphere of a coastal resort and the amenities of a big city. Here, conditions have been created for a measured rest and life by the water: beaches, embankments and green parks. In 10 minutes by car, you can reach the Deira Island Beach bridge, connecting the archipelago with the mainland of Dubai.

The facade design combines stone, glass and metal elements, and the green terraces create a sense of harmony with the coastal surroundings.
