The Residences Saadiyat is located on Al Saadiyat Island, next to a sandy beach and azure waters. The resort is known for its unspoilt nature, warm lagoons and coral reefs. Order lemonades from the local bar and arrange a day off on the coast. In the evenings, stroll through the landscaped grounds along palm alleys and lawns. Also on site you can sunbathe by the spacious swimming pool or play tennis on the equipped court.
Villas with 4-5 bedrooms are available for your choice.
Each house has access to a shady garden, where you can organize a barbecue area and spend time with family and friends over dinner and just work or relax in the fresh air away from prying eyes. There is a parking lot for 2 or 3 parking spaces in front of each villa.

Villas with restrained facades in sandy shades are lined up in several rows, harmoniously combining with the landscape of the resort. The exterior is complemented by ochre-colored tiled roofs and projecting terraces with wrought-iron railings. Columns and arches give the architecture an Arabic gloss.
The residences are decorated in pastel colors. Spacious living rooms with dining areas have been planned on the ground floors, where residents will be able to celebrate even the most ambitious events in the family circle. The upper floors are reserved for bedrooms with access to open terraces under a canopy or balconies.
It takes 10 minutes by car to reach the pearl of the resort – the Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum, where major exhibitions are regularly held. Art lovers can reach the Manarat Al Saadiyat Art Gallery or the Jubail Mangrove Park mangroves in 7 minutes by car, where tourists come to watch turtles and flamingos.
